Roberts’ customer base includes the best respected
pub retailer, foodservice companies, wholesalers and ready
meal manufacturers. Complementing the standard range of quality
products, we offer exclusive recipe development for large
volume lines. Innovation is an integral part of the company’s
culture and new products are swiftly taken from the development
kitchen into full scale production.
Commitment to innovation is not confined to products and
includes production methods, machinery, processes and technical
aspects. Roberts have an unswerving commitment to quality,
from the careful selection of raw materials through controlled
manufacturing to delivery. The factory has full HACCP, higher
level EFSIS accreditation and is UDEX compliant.
Investment goes hand in hand with the commitment to innovation
and during the last three years over £2 million, has
been invested at the site. This includes £500,000 invested
in a company wide training programme which continues to yield
huge rewards. Staff turnover is less than 1% and the company
benefits from decades of combined experience.
