What's the best meal you've ever eaten? It was in northern Spain, in a medieval castle. We had a 15 course tapas lunch that was more like a taster menu. Some of the flavours they managed are some of my fondest memories
What do you like to cook? I just like cooking and tasting and don't really have a specific dish. I can find samphire and cockles from the beach outside the office, and mushrooms from the field and forest around my house.
Crisps or chocolate? Have you ever tried Galaxy bites and Tyrrell's salt and vinegar crisps together?!
