A long time ago we started with sausages, and we’re still winning awards for them.
But as our business has grown and developed so has our product range and capability and we are known across the UK as a supplier of meat products for a wide range of business and retail sectors.
We supply foodservice operators – both independent and national chains; retail businesses large and small, and we work with businesses of all shapes and sizes on new product development where we supply the cooked meat components for you.
Having a team of development chefs and a large operating capacity gives us flexibility to respond to changes in customer needs. And our equipment gives us wide-ranging capabilities – we can marinade, tumble, cut, dice, and slice meats to your specification.
We’re pretty hot at cooking – every day you’ll find us steam cooking, roasting, and using sous vide, water bath and pressure cooking methods.
And when the preparation or cooking is done, we have a wide choice of product assembly and packaging formats: single and multi portion pouches, single and multi portion foils, and plastic and ovenable containers. The choice is yours.
