When vacancies occur we look initially to promote from our existing team. However, this can create new opportunities, and we are always keen to hear from people who would like to work with us, sharing our energy and enthusiasm.

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef:

Sous Chef

Roberts of Port Dinorwic is a leading food producer, working with foodservice companies, food retailers, pubs and restaurants to provide bespoke recipe dishes, using traditional and contemporary ingredients.

Supplying blue chip companies demands that we are the best in our field, always innovative, identifying and developing the food trends in the UK.

Our small team of Chefs are at the heart of our innovative food development activity and an opportunity has now arisen for a Sous Chef to join the Roberts team.

Working with the Company Development Chef, you’ll be involved in the creation and development of new food dishes, taking them from concept to large-scale factory production. You’ll play a key part in the presentation team, attending product pitches and presenting to customers, working to ensure that our dishes go beyond their customer’s expectations.

Whilst travel around the UK is part of the role, you’ll be based at Roberts of Port Dinorwic, which sits on the shores of the Menai Straits, overlooking the Isle of Anglesey.
