Dylan joined the company in February 2002 as a factory operative working in High Care. His eye for detail and flair towards planning and following laid down procedures made him an ideal candidate when the company were looking to recruit an Administration and Accounts Assistant. His appointment was a catalyst for him to develop further. Having previously been in college, his ambition to develop further was assisted when the company sponsored a three years day release study course in a local College where he successfully passed the Association of Accounting Technicians Diploma Qualification.

He is an asset to the company, bringing his many accounting and report preparation skills to good use.
