Gareth Dwyer Gareth joined the Development team on the 3rd August 2009. He is an accomplished Chef, who has been Head Chef at 2 and 3 AA** Rosette Hotels in the North Wales area, and is an active member of the Welsh National Culinary Team. As part of this team he has cooked for the Prime Minister and other members of the Welsh Assembly when entertaining H.R.H. the Prince of Wales. He has won numerous competitions both National and International and in 2005 was a Gold Medalist in the Culinary World Championship Competition, Switzerland. A proven Chef who now looks forward to bringing his own skills and experience to New Product Development at Roberts`. |
