Gavin Bee Gavin joined the development team at Roberts in May 2001. He was previously head chef of a 2AA rosette Country House hotel in Wales. During his time with the company he has developed a whole range of exciting dishes and oversees products taken from the development kitchen to full production. His wealth of knowledge makes him a key player in the team. One of Gavin’s achievements includes becoming a finalist in the Development Chef of the Year 2002 competition. He is always looking for new ideas and welcomes you suggestions. |
