Hedd Druce At the age of 18yrs, Hedd joined the company in February 1994 as a Trainee Manager. Having completed a program of management training modules, he was appointed to the role of Transport Manager in July 2000, dealing with all logistic issues, ensuring product delivery to agreed timescales. In 2005, he was appointed Transport Manager and Operations Coordinator, and in September 2006 to being a Deputy Operations and Transport Manager. In 2008, Hedd was appointed Operations Manager, in charge of the day to day running of the factory. |
