Mathew Young Matthew joined Roberts` as a Quality Assurance Technician in June 2001, just 20 years of age straight from University with a degree in Science. His attention to detail and understanding of the many regulations that govern food manufacturing made him the ideal candidate in 2008 to be promoted and appointed the Technical Manager for the Company. His management skills, leading by example and his attention to detail have ensured the company year on year has been awarded the EFSIS and BRC Grade A standards. |
