Sara Roberts Sara, along with her sister Miriam are the 4th Generation of Roberts' running the family owned business. Sara joined Roberts full time in 1998 as a Management Trainee, having spent all school and college holidays working on the shop floor where she developed a thorough knowledge of the business. Sara was promoted to Company Secreteray in 2000, and further promoted to Technical Manager in 2002, where she made a substantial contribution to the improvement of product quality through revolutionising the Technical Department. |
