At the age of 18yrs, Hedd joined the company in February 1994 as a Trainee Manager. Having completed a program of management training modules, he was appointed to the role of Transport Manager in July 2000, dealing with all logistic issues, ensuring product delivery to agreed timescales.

In 2005, he was appointed Transport Manager and Operations Coordinator, and in September 2006 to being a Deputy Operations and Transport Manager.

Hedd is an all rounder, who is the voice behind the telephone receiving orders, and the person dealing with all transport haulage companies, arranging deliveries.
