Sara joined Roberts full time in 1998 as a Management Trainee, having spent all school and college holidays working on the shop floor where she developed a thorough knowledge of the business. Sara was promoted to Company Secretary in 2000 and further promoted to Technical Manager in 2002. She has made a substantial contribution to the improvement of product quality through revolutionising the Technical Department.
